RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Marketing Specialist II/III you will work closely with our business and project development teams to move prospects through the sales cycle utilizing a variety of marketing tools. Your primary focus will be on creating competitive, professional proposals on behalf of our project teams. Additional tools you may develop or utilize include market research reports, client presentations (PowerPoint and web-based platforms), trade show booths, email marketing, and print or digital advertising.
Education/Experience
- Marketing Specialist II: Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration or technical field) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.
- Marketing Specialist III: Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration or technical field) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.

Ever wondered how manufacturing plants, city buildings, or university classrooms are built? Haskell designs, engineers and constructs large industrial and commercial facilities for clients around the world. To keep growing our business, we are looking to expand our marketing team in Salt Lake City with two open positions.
Both roles are for a Marketing Specialist II or III (dependent upon your experience), one is with our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) team and one is with our Infrastructure & Transportation (I&T) team. Both specialists will be responsible for creating competitive proposals and presentations, coordinating conferences and events, and performing other marketing duties as assigned like developing digital ad campaigns and internal training materials. Our ideal candidates will have extensive experience with InDesign, excellent writing capabilities, and exemplary time management skills.
