Our inhouse team of 700+ civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, process/packaging, & wastewater engineers work in collab. with our inhouse architectural/ construction teams to ensure seamless execution with the desired outcome on your next bottling and/or distribution center.

As a single entity, Haskell assumes responsibility for the design, construction, and commissioning of the facility (including acceptance testing).

Every aspect of this plant, including 1.3 million SF of concrete paving and three separate administrative areas for production, sales, and distribution, was completed with our traditional first-in-place quality standards. The new facility successfully accomplished our client’s goal to streamline and upgrade their supply chain for the Southwest region. Project includes full site development of the 140 acre property, with over 1.3MM SF of pavement for parking and drive areas. It also includes six separate out buildings: fleet service center, recycle building, wastewater treatment, vehicle entry guardhouse, truck entry guardhouse, and fire pump building.

PERFECTING THE PROCESS EXPERIENCE

Hood acquired a yogurt processing facility in Batavia, NY, but needed help converting it to produce fluid milk products. Haskell designed and built the original plant, which made our team the perfect fit for helping Hood update and expand its footprint. We provided value to Hood by identifying some equipment that could be kept and re-used for the new system. All of these technical advancements minimized system downtime, increased production efficiencies, and maintained the high level of product and operator safety mandated within the dairy industry.

120,000 SF, EPC project for the execution of a new hard seltzer system including facility, utility, process, and packaging production with an aggressive 6 month project schedule to meet product launch date targets. Strategic focus was placed on critical path requirements to ensure a successful installation, startup, and production goals to meet customer demand. The design creativity, procurement planning, and flexible project management team were critical to success.
