PROCUREMENT
Our team can help procure all the equipment needed to execute your manufacturing system, including long-lead items. We also perform factory acceptance tests and ensure that your equipment is functioning as expected upon delivery.
INSTALLATION, STARTUP, & COMMISSIONING
Haskell is unique in that our team not only designs complex manufacturing systems, they also see each project through to completion by going into the field to execute installation, startup, commissioning, and training for the system operators.
CONSTRUCTION & EXECUTION
We can also self-perform critical parts of the manufacturing and construction project execution, including concrete foundations and tilt-up walls, steel fabrication, and mechanical rigging and pipe fitting.
SYSTEM ANALYTICS
Whether you’re building a new manufacturing line or expanding an existing line, our System Analytics team can gather and analyze critical data to help you make decisions. We can generate digital replicas of your line to test different equipment options,
or utilize advanced analytics to calculate the most efficient approach to changeovers and other production bottlenecks.
