“Our work here on the JCLDS Davao Temple is hard, but we can do it together with proper coordination. The safety at site is very strict but fair, which is good for our workers. The safety procedures are very organized and systematic, and I can see they are responsible in their work. I really enjoy our daily toolbox meetings because we are learning new things every day. Also, I really enjoy the trainings that they are organizing at site. This site is very different from all the sites I’ve been on when it comes to safety, quality and operations.”

“I have worked for two years with Haskell for two years. Setting a high standard towards safety and its implementation impacted me, as this is my first time working in construction in the Philippines, after working abroad for years. I am convinced that Philippine culture can be improved to create a safer working environment.”

“It is a pleasure for me to work on the Temples. I am grateful to have been invited to do these jobs. We are fully assured that we are working well and with great safety. We know that checking what we should and shouldn't do is for our benefit and our health.”

“I started on this project in September 2020 as a helper for the scaffolders. I was amazed by how strictly the project implemented safety, which is very new to me. I have learned a lot from this project, especially about how to work safe for my family. I am thankful to God about these learning and also to Haskell for helping us learn these things.”
Richardson Rodolfo
“Working here in Davao Temple is a new experience for me due to the safety practices. This the first time I have worked like this. This is different here from other work I have experienced. They are strict. They are really taking care of us and teaching us how to work safely.”
Mark Anthony Alcaraz
“Professionally, it was a very great experience for me to work on the Quito Temple. First, because I know that we built the house of God, and it helped me to grow a lot as a person. I learned to do things 100% with quality. Working with the safety practices implemented here was very special because I learned to protect myself and my colleagues from any work-related accident. I want to thank God in advance for allowing me to be part of this project, and to the companies and people who gave me their support. A very great experience and I hope to God that I have more opportunities to work in the same way I worked here. I am very grateful to everyone.”

“I have worked for Haskell for just over four years on industrial projects. Last year, the JCLDS Puebla Temple project invited me to a new challenge. We work to carry out any type of activity onsite focused on the safety of all the personnel, the quality of the execution, an excellent work environment – but above all, the well-being of each member of the project. I conclude that in this type of project, ‘We look for the way to work perfectly.’"

“I have worked with RDMC for more than two years in JCLDS Urdaneta Temple Project. I see Haskell's dedication in sending employees home safely with their families every day. The daily toolbox meetings really made a big change in my mindset. I am reminded to work safely for myself and my family. For my plans, I am willing to continue to work with Haskell projects, as I am confident that I will be taken care of by the company's commitment to provide a safe working environment.”

“I started working on this Haskell project in August 2020 as Quality Coordinator for underground works before becoming the Project-in-Charge for external civil works. From the very start, I have seen the difference between Haskell projects and the projects I’ve previously worked on, especially in terms of safety. To be honest it was my first to work wearing the proper PPE. Here I’ve learned what safety really is. I’ve learned how to take care of the people and how important they are in this project. This is learning that I will take to my future projects.”
