The Healthcare Design Director will be responsible for the design of projects and ensure coordination and collaboration of design vision and strategy for the Healthcare Division. This role will establish and develop the strategy, presentation, and implementation of the design vision for healthcare projects and pursuits. Design visualization, technology, and presentation will be directed by the Healthcare Design Director and supported by the Design Team.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• 10 years of progressive experience in a design discipline leading to 5 years as an independent lead designer and culminating with at least 3 years successfully performing design management and coordination activities in assistance to a design project manager.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Demonstratable computer modeling rendering experience.
• Healthcare design experience is required.
• Holds an active architectural license.

The Project Architect is responsible for supervising the production of the construction documents and ensuring their technical accuracy and coordination with other disciplines.
Education/Experience:
• A degree from an accredited school of architecture.

• Licensed architect.
• Up to 5 years of experience following registration.
• Knowledgeable in the applicable building codes, CAD, and Revit proficient with a working knowledge of word processing, scheduling, and spreadsheet software.

As a Project Manager II with FreemanWhite, you are responsible for the overall administration and management of a project. Additionally, as Project Manager II you will be responsible for ensuring the firm makes at least the expected profit and that the firm's quality expectations are met.
Education/Experience:
• Professional degree from an accredited school of architecture.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications, Etc.:
• Registered architect.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience following registration.
• Working knowledge of CAD.
• Working knowledge of word processing, scheduling, and spreadsheet software thorough knowledge of project administration, bid, and construction administration. Strong knowledge of contracts. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner with clients, consultants, and internal team.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
PROJECT MANAGER II

There are two needs, one in San Diego and one in Charlotte. The San Diego position has slightly different requirements, see below.
As a Project Architect III for our Healthcare team, you are responsible for the production of innovative, appropriate, cost-effective, designs, drawings and specifications in your discipline for assigned projects. Further, you will maintain professional registration and signs/seals documents prepared under your supervision.

Our local team has decades of specialized healthcare design experience and takes an evidence-based design approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school of architecture. Must be a Licensed Architect (NCARB certified is a plus) and have a minimum of 10 years experience following licensure. Must have experience with REVIT.
For San Diego- Experience as an Architect within the California Healthcare market is preferred. Experience working within the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) regulation is preferred.
PROJECT ARCHITECT III
Job REQUIREMENTS & Responsibilities
Open in the Jacksonville and Charlotte office.
As a Project Executive for our Healthcare team, you will develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for working with all Business Units to achieve Operating Unit goals. You will be responsible for the management of projects and the applicable deliverables and work product as required to meet the quality, cost, revenue, and profit benchmarks for each project assigned to you. The Project Executive is accountable for the development and delivery of professional services for assigned projects.
